1 Price of the company only in case that all of the criteria mentioned below are met:
Client informes Companies.cz about all details of the transaction via e-mail, in 1 message
During 1 meeting all of the documents are signed and client provides Companies.cz with all documents requested for succesfull registration of company changes at the Municipal Court, incl. police clearance certificate, new registered address of the company, etc.
Companies.cz is submitting proposal to Municipal Court re. company changes within 10 working days since the communication with the client started
There is no need for Notarial Deed
In case of additional changes in shareholder(s) or executive director(s) additional charge in amount of CZK 12,000 excl. VAT will apply
2 Price of the company in case criteria above are not met. Price includes also consulting service.
+ All prices are as quoted in Czech Crowns (CZK); excl. VAT. Although references are provided for other currencies, the actual price will be as per the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.
